Community Outreach Specialist

📋 Description

• Identify relevant Facebook groups, Reddit communities, forums, and other online spaces where season
• Initiate thoughtful, personalized conversations with season ticket holders and introduce them to
• Develop genuine relationships within online communities by contributing value, participating
• Follow up with interested individuals, answer questions, and guide prospects through downloading
• Independently organize and manage outreach activity, prospects, conversations, and follow-ups with
• Provide weekly updates to stakeholders covering outreach volume, responses, conversions, learnings

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write naturally and conversationally
• A natural people-person who is comfortable initiating conversations with strangers online and
• Active familiarity with Facebook groups, Reddit, forums, and other online community platforms.
• Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage an independent outreach pipeline and
• Previous experience in outreach, sales development, community ambassador work, customer engagement
• Genuine enthusiasm for sports, live events, ticketing, or the ticket resale market is strongly

🎁 Benefits

• $25 per hour.
• Fully remote within the United States.
• Approximately 20 hours per week.
• Independent contractor position with a minimum initial duration of 3 months.
