Provide screening for program eligibility and job search assistance
Prioritize assignments and adapt within group settings or deliver one-on-one services
Interact with job seekers to ensure appropriate matches with employers' needs and job postings
Ensure data entry, documentation, tracking, and reporting are completed in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

Associate's Degree from a recognized community college or four-year college or university, and/or
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated customer service skills
Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently
Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and
Public speaking experience
