Community Specialist II – Technical & Knowledge

📋 Description

• Create clear, engaging technical content, including tutorials, how-to guides, knowledge-base
• Support community automations and workflows using tools such as FME Flow, Gainsight, Slack, CRM
• Monitor community health using CRM and Gainsight data, identify trends, and contribute to reporting
• Edit and enhance content created by other contributors, improving clarity, accuracy, consistency
• Moderate technical discussions, identify inaccurate or incomplete information, and ensure community
• Support community events and engagement programs, including webinars, special-interest meetups, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical content creation, community management, customer engagement
• Ability to learn technical products and translate complex concepts into accessible content
• Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience coordinating or supporting events, programs, webinars, or community initiatives
• Creative and curious mindset
• Interest in community platforms and underlying systems
