📋 Description

• Support and administer global compensation programs and cycles.
• Maintain Workday compensation data, global job architecture.
• Build dashboards and run workforce analyses for decisions.
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, Finance on compensation guidance.
• Explore automation and AI to scale People operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in compensation, people analytics, or similar.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently on well-defined problems.
• Curiosity with continuous improvement, automation, and AI.
