Compensation & Benefits Project Manager

📋 Description

• Support the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team with execution, coordination
• Ensure timely delivery of annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, reporting, analytics
• Act as operational partner and trusted Deputy to the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team
• Coordinate annual compensation and bonus review process for staff at the local corporate office
• Manage timelines, milestones, communications and deliverables for compensation processes
• Consolidate and analyse large volumes of HR and financial data; develop KPIs, reports, dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering or a
• Approximately 5+ years of professional experience
• Experience in Finance, Controlling, Consulting, HR Operations, Project Management, Business
• Experience managing complex processes involving multiple stakeholders
• Exposure to international environments and compensation processes and/or HRIS management considered
• Project management & deadline discipline, with affinity for continuous improvement and process
