• 5+ years in operations, payroll, commissions, revenue operations, or business operations, in a role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel. This is a hard requirement. You will build and audit multi-input
• Exceptional attention to detail and a low tolerance for unexplained variances, including small ones.
• Comfort chasing information across an organization. Most of the context you need lives on other
• Strong written communication. You will explain compensation calculations to people whose income
• Working fluency with AI tools and the judgment to know where they help and where they do not. We
