Complex Securities - Managing Director

📋 Description

• Serve as the executive engagement leader and senior technical advisor on complex securities
• Advise CFOs, Controllers, CAOs, finance executives, auditors, boards, and other senior stakeholders
• Lead valuations involving options, warrants, convertible debt and preferred securities, embedded
• Oversee the application of appropriate valuation methodologies, including option pricing models
• Provide senior-level guidance on valuations related to financial reporting, transactions, capital
• Lead engagement scoping, methodology selection, staffing, execution, technical review, quality

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in valuation, financial advisory, transaction advisory, consulting
• Demonstrated experience leading client-facing complex securities valuations for financial
• Track record as a senior relationship owner or trusted advisor, managing multidisciplinary teams

🎁 Benefits

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Financial
• CFA, ASA, CPA, or other relevant designation preferred.
• Experience with SPAC warrants, preferred equity, structured securities, or complex instruments.
• Big 4 or national valuation firm experience is a plus.
• Experience in public-company, PE-backed, high-growth, IPO, or capital-markets environments
