📋 Description

• Ensure SAR compliance under UAE regulations (UAE FIU, ADGM Rulebook).
• Collaborate with teams to review and report suspicious activity promptly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to improve SAR quality and UAE FIU reporting.
• Meet UAE FIU regulatory reporting timeframes.
• Proficient in compliance tools, regulatory reporting, and local/international standards.
• Knowledge of local laws and upcoming regulations on virtual currency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of compliance experience
• SAR writing expertise (2+ years)
• 3 years FI experience in AML/transaction monitoring (UAE preferred)
• SAR report writing skills
• Financial crime compliance knowledge
• Knowledge of SAR-related regulations and guidelines
