📋 Description

• Oversee compliance with Rule 1.15 (Safekeeping Funds and Property of Clients) and related trust
• Partner with accounting/bookkeeping staff to ensure accurate three-way trust reconciliations
• Design, implement, and monitor internal controls and audit procedures for trust account management
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies; prepare responses to State Bar inquiries or audits related
