📋 Description

• Own the company's multi-state regulatory licensing portfolio including industry-specific licenses
• Track and maintain compliance with state healthcare and business regulatory requirements, and
• Maintain a centralized compliance calendar covering all licensing, registration, and regulatory
• Prepare, file, and track regulatory submissions with state agencies and boards; manage
• Support the company's data protection and healthcare compliance programs (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or corporate paralegal role with experience
• Demonstrated experience managing global and multi-state licensing, registrations, and/or corporate
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and entity maintenance requirements.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of
