📋 Description

• Provide compliance advisory support to business partners on consumer finance and payments
• Support the intake, tracking, and completion of Compliance Operations & Advisory work (advisory
• Perform second-line oversight reviews of complaint handling for higher-risk channels (e.g., CFPB
• Support issues management governance by maintaining issue/action logs, validating remediation plans
• Participate in change management oversight by reviewing initiatives for compliance impacts, control
• Conduct pre-use compliance reviews of marketing and customer communications; identify required
