• 8+ years of experience in compliance issues management, remediation oversight, or governance within
• Experience operating in enhanced regulatory oversight environments (regulatory examinations, audit
• Strong working knowledge of AML/BSA, Sanctions/OFAC, and Consumer Protection compliance risk
• Strong organizational and project management skills — ability to track a large portfolio of
• Excellent cross-functional communication, presentation, and written skills — with a track record of
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and workflow tooling to drive efficiency in compliance
