Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus), E-Money & Payments

📋 Description

• Lead EEA EMI authorization workstreams, coordinating regulatory documentation, governance
• Manage UK EMI regulatory workstreams with the FCA, including governance requirements, safeguarding
• Develop, maintain, and oversee safeguarding frameworks across EEA and UK jurisdictions, ensuring
• Support implementation and ongoing compliance obligations under the EU Payment Institution
• Prepare and review regulatory submissions and responses to information requests
• Conduct regulatory assessments of payment products, payment-flow changes, agent and distributor

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance, authorization, licensing
• Hands-on experience with e-money or payments authorization frameworks such as EMD2/PSD2, UK
• Proven ability to draft governance and internal control system narratives, regulatory policies
• Practical experience engaging with a national competent authority or the FCA
• Strong expertise in safeguarding requirements, including development or ownership of safeguarding
• Working knowledge of EMD2, PSD2, UK electronic money and payment services regulations
