Compliance Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead one of the Compliance Operations teams to ensure Twilio traffic complies with policies and carrier guidelines.
• Hire and develop team members to prevent non-compliant communications.
• Ensure teams meet operational targets and regularly assess performance.
• Create reports using Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Drive projects across cross-functional teams with limited direct authority.
• Apply operational excellence to optimize processes, quality, and satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly to influence stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading a team; 3+ years in tech operations.
• Experience reviewing Know Your Customer (KYC) data.
• Expert in operations focusing on metrics and process improvements.
• Empathetic and customer-centric.
• Experience planning a team's workload to support priorities and satisfaction.
• Proficient with BI tools; able to decide with limited data and present insights.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm under pressure; handle escalations and incidents.
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 1PM-10PM (India time).
