📋 Description

• Maintain rigorous frameworks, taxonomies, and methodologies that power the compliance context layer
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to ensure compliance intelligence is accurately

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in AML compliance operations, sanctions screening, or financial crime
• Working knowledge of OFAC sanctions programs, FATF guidance, BSA/AML regulations, and PEP screening
• Experience maintaining or auditing watchlist and sanctions data sources, including list provenance
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and AML taxonomy structures: sanctions type classification, PEP
• Hands-on technical operator able to leverage technology to improve customer experience and scale
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational processes with rigorous documentation
