📋 Description

• Monitor traffic to ensure legal, compliant activity.
• Ensure compliance with Voice, Messaging, AUP policies and CTIA.
• Investigate issues, find root causes, close gaps.
• Onboard new customers and perform due diligence.
• Resolve urgent issues impacting businesses, carriers, consumers.
• Use Twilio tools to detect and prevent non-compliant activity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, compliance, KYC, fraud or abuse
• Basic SQL and understanding of APIs and data analytics
• Empathetic and enjoy helping customers and carriers with data
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong written and verbal communication; articulate concepts clearly
• Collaborate with partners to resolve issues and build trust
