📋 Description

• Investigate regulatory requests, GDPR, domain disputes, and account recovery escalations
• Investigate payment fraud and abuse to protect customers and business
• Identify systemic risks and drive changes to detection logic and preventive controls
• Automate repetitive checks and shape AI-assisted investigation tools

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Abuse, Risk Management, or related field
• Knowledge of ICANN policies, GDPR, data protection, and domain ownership claims
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with root cause analysis
• Curious, continuous learner, questioning existing ways of working
• Uses AI to build or automate processes
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English
