📋 Description

• Plan and execute risk-based compliance testing across OnePay products, customer journeys
• Develop clear testing objectives, populations, procedures, evidence requirements, and conclusions
• Assess the design and operating effectiveness of preventive and detective controls; identify root
• Perform data-driven analysis by coordinating with stakeholders, validating source data, evaluating
• Evaluate compliance with applicable federal and state consumer-financial requirements, including
• Draft high-quality workpapers, findings, observations, and management reports that clearly describe

🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Five to ten years of experience in compliance testing, compliance monitoring, audit, or consulting
• Demonstrated experience executing regulatory or control reviews and translating regulatory
• Working knowledge of U.S. consumer-financial-services regulations and the ability to research and
• Strong analytical skills, including experience assessing data quality, defining test populations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise
