Compound Management Technician - R&D

📋 Description

• High output massing of compounds on precision balance equipment.
• Solvating and plating of research materials using automated liquid handlers.
• Receiving and stocking of laboratory supplies.
• Disposal of laboratory waste products.
• Participate in writing of SOPs and continuous improvement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• High School/GED and at least 5 years prior technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in compound management.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task within an environment of shifting deadlines and
• Familiarity with laboratory techniques and practices.
• Key leadership competencies: Learn fast, grasp the 'essence' of the task at hand, and can change
• Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo
