Compute Strategy & Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end GPU/CPU capacity procurement
• Build and maintain a pipeline of supplier relationships
• Evaluate options: price, availability, specs, networking, SLA
• Negotiate and close contracts: reserved capacity, spot, MSAs, DPAs
• Align with engineering to translate requirements into specs
• Track pricing and supplier dynamics; advise leadership on procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in AI infra: hyperscalers, neoclouds, GPU supply
• Tech understanding of GPU architectures (NVIDIA H100/H200), networking (InfiniBand/RoCE), and SLA structures
• Strong commercial instincts to leverage, structure deals, and close
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance and engineering on terms and requirements
