🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills contributing to a collegial environment and character traits like zest
• At least two years of teaching experience strongly preferred.
• New York State teaching certification in the appropriate content area strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Passion for team-oriented, mission-driven school culture and continual improvement as a teacher.
• Demonstrated success in raising achievement within KIPP NYC communities.
