Connectivity Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end connection performance across a network of connectivity partners, delivering
• Build deep knowledge of technical integrations across PMS, CRS and Channel Managers, to provide
• Use data to identify strategic opportunities and drive growth.
• Own scaled communications to all partners on feature updates, mandatory API changes, and
• Educate partners on product updates and share partner feedback with internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot partner technical issues to ensure performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a Connectivity Partner Manager or Technical Partner Manager role within a
• Strong understanding of hospitality/travel software; PMS, CRS, Channel Managers.
• Proficiency in SQL, Looker and Excel.
• Tableau, Asana, Jira and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Solid technical troubleshooting skills and project management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in engaging clients across
