Construction HSE Manager

📋 Description

• Act as a safety specialist for project teams, participate in risk assessments and analyses, and
• Perform client safety coordinator duties (VNa 205/2009) as agreed, and act as site safety
• Organize site inductions, facilitate risk analyses, perform safety walks, and report safety
• Optionally conduct trainings and mentor early-career professionals, and develop company HSE
• Main location can be Vantaa, Tampere, Turku, or Oulu; work may also be at client sites across

🎯 Requirements

• Applicable technical education, e.g., engineer (AMK) or M.Sc. (Tech.)
• At least 5 years of experience in occupational safety tasks, preferably in industrial projects.
• Knowledge of occupational safety legislation, especially VNa 205/2009, and main contractor safety
• Experience in site safety management, risk management, safety walks, and reporting.
• Good collaboration and interaction skills with a solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills and willingness to travel in Finland.
