Construction HSE Manager

📋 Description

• Act as a safety expert for project teams
• Participate in risk assessments and analyses
• Prepare safety and environmental instructions
• Handle client safety coordinator duties (VNa 205/2009) as agreed
• Act as site safety supervisor or manager
• Organize site inductions

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree (AMK or DI) or equivalent technical education
• At least 5 years of experience in occupational safety, preferably in industrial projects
• Knowledge of occupational safety legislation, especially VNa 205/2009, and main contractor safety
• Experience in site safety management, risk management, safety rounds, and reporting
• Good collaboration and interaction skills, solution- and customer-oriented approach
• Fluent Finnish and English, willingness to travel in Finland
