Construction Manager - Building and Infrastructure (B&I)

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day construction management and coordinate the SGS site supervision team on assigned
• Monitor quality, progress, HSE and discipline interfaces, and provide clear recommendations to the
• Support delivery against approved designs, contract requirements and agreed milestones within SGS’s
• Plan site mobilization and organize the SGS supervision team.
• Review contractor programmes, look-ahead plans, resources and construction sequencing.
• Coordinate CSA, MEP and specialist interfaces, access and work fronts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or a
• At least 8 years of construction experience, including 3 years leading site teams as Construction
• Experience in industrial/factory or building projects; consultancy supervision and coordination of
• Relevant professional credentials for the assigned duties and project requirements.
• PMP or equivalent project management training is an advantage.
• Working English for client meetings, technical correspondence and reports; Chinese is an advantage
