Construction Manager, Self-Perform

📋 Description

• Manage construction projects for CoreWeave's data center campuses from feasibility to turnover.
• Lead projects through design, permitting, construction, and turnover.
• Manage budgets and approvals across all project phases.
• Coordinate GC/subcontractor bids and contract negotiations.
• Liaise with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and legal counsel.
• Monitor risks and keep schedules and budgets on track; report status.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of construction PM experience; 2+ years in PM leadership.
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects (data centers preferred).
• Budget management, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Experience leading competitive bid processes and GC/subcontractor contracts.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and permits.
• Procore or Primavera P6 proficiency; Bachelor's in CM/Architecture/Civil Eng or equivalent; PMP preferred.
