Construction Project Leader

📋 Description

• Lead, develop and assemble the project team administering construction contracts for large-scale
• Ensure quality control and cost control from project start-up to closeout
• Act as prime liaison between builder, client/owner and design teams
• Develop and maintain project Risk Assessment process during Construction Administration
• Attend site meetings including scheduling, cost management, pre-installation, and bi-weekly meetings
• Assign team members to various scopes of Construction Administration

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field
• Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in construction administration
• Institutional and/or commercial project experience for at least the last 5 years
• Healthcare and Education project experience strongly preferred
• Registration or Licensure preferred
• LEED accreditation preferred
