Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Administer and coordinate construction activities for fast-paced and complex projects.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Manage project planning, problem-solving, and execution to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of project policies in line with client procedures.
• Uphold quality, compliance, and performance standards across all consultants, vendors, and
• Maintain continuous communication with contractors, client personnel, and senior project staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of work experience as a technical specialist in the construction
• At least four (4) of these years must have been involved in managing all phases of construction
• Proven experience in interpreting contract documents (specifications, drawings, shop drawings).
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with New York City public agencies is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
