Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage competitive bidding processes and support contractor and subcontractor selection
• Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion
• Own project scope, schedule, and budget through successful project completion
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and procurement strategies
• Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders
• Evaluate contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience, pricing, and overall

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing new construction projects, preferably multifamily and/or residential
• Bachelor's degree or relevant education in Construction Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and engineering principles
• Experience developing and managing construction schedules using Microsoft Project or similar
• Experience with cloud-based construction management platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud
