Construction Project Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as prime liaison between builder, client/owner, and design teams.
• Lead and contribute in developing and maintaining the project Risk Assessment process during
• Work with overall Project Director and individual Project Managers to assign team members to
• Manage internal Construction Administration efforts and team, both on site and remotely.
• Guide the team to implement the firm's Construction Administration policies.
• Attend site meetings, including scheduling, cost management, pre-installation, and weekly meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in construction administration required.
• Institutional and/or commercial project experience for at least the last 5 years required.
• Healthcare and Education project experience strongly preferred.
• Registration or Licensure preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
