Manage, coordinate, and be a liaison to facility projects, including construction and maintenance
Coordinate projects to ensure vendors meet standards and codes while delivering services
Facilitate approvals from city, county, and government
Improve process planning for construction projects
Manage daily, weekly, monthly communication on project status
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and RFPs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering discipline
2+ years of professional experience in architecture, construction management, and/or facilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Ability to manage projects in fast-paced environment
