📋 Description

• Support constructability and risk reviews from due diligence through construction documents.
• Review drawings and specs to flag coordination gaps, scope ambiguity, and cost/schedule risks.
• Track and resolve review comments with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Support value engineering while protecting design intent and asset performance.

• 2–7 years of relevant experience in commercial construction, general contracting, construction
• Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, scopes of work, budgets, schedules
• Ability to organize multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow issues through
