Construction Project Manager, Los Angeles

📋 Description

• Manage, coordinate, and direct all aspects of the residential new construction projects you are
• Manage the concurrent construction operations of up to 45 single-family homes.
• Be able to manage schedules for multiple homes in different stages of construction.
• Report to the Director of Construction Operations on the overall health of your projects.
• Advise the team on strategies to keep your projects on plan or get them back on plan if they are
• Utilize Homebound’s proprietary project management software to execute all facets of your daily

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in residential home construction as a Project Superintendent or Project
• Deep understanding of the LADBS and LA county permitting, inspections and certificate of occupancy
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Software Suite applications, and have experience in MS Project or
• Valid driver’s license.
