• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and assist with scoping, planning, and

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field to commercial construction
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development and/or construction for self-storage or
• Experience working for a General Contractor in self-storage or adjacent commercial asset classes
