📋 Description

• Own deployment of Wing Nests (drone charging and operational infrastructure) nationwide
• Execute existing deployment playbooks while identifying efficiency gaps and driving process
• Hold direct accountability for GC contracts and material budgets to ensure on-time, cost-effective
• Negotiate terms, enforce strict SLAs, and maintain audit-ready financial tracking
• Manage field workflows from permit approval through operational handover, maintaining sequential
• Identify efficiency gaps in current playbooks, refine site launch standards, and improve

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, field operations, site deployment, or
• Demonstrated experience managing material/GC budgets, negotiating vendor agreements, and holding
• Track record of building or optimizing deployment playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent relational trackers)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 36 months, and the ability to
