🎯 Requirements

• Completed Master's Degree
• 0 to 3 years' experience as a consultant
• Passion for energy (some experience welcome, not mandatory for juniors)
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise in these areas
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills mandatory; German fluency a plus
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, solve complex problems
