Consultant, Valuation & Accounting (CPA Required)

📋 Description

• Own analytical workstreams: financial statement analysis and valuation.
• Analyze financial statements, SEC filings, and documents to identify issues.
• Evaluate accounting policies (revenue, accruals, reserves) for litigation/valuation.
• Partner with economists/consultants to translate data into client deliverables.
• Support valuation, damages analyses, and related financial work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA designation required.
• 3–4+ years of public accounting experience; Big Four preferred; audit experience strongly preferred; valuation credentials desirable.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; deep understanding of US GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Excel; financial modeling; familiarity with Python, R, or Stata is a plus.
• Clear, structured communicator with strong writing and synthesis skills; ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams; coachable, growth-oriented mindset.
• Evidence of academic or leadership excellence (e.g., honors, Dean's List, leadership roles).
