📋 Description

• Design profitable creator programs at scale for enterprise brands.
• Partner with enterprise advertisers to establish centers of excellence and governance.
• Architect compensation strategies including tiered incentives and performance bonuses.
• Build the creator supply engine with integrated casting and recruitment strategies.
• Design creator communications workflows to keep thousands informed and productive.
• Plan and facilitate workshops and external representation at events and webinars.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building complex performance marketing strategies for enterprise brands.
• Ability to convert vague directives into clear roadmaps, requirements, and stakeholder alignment.
• Extensive knowledge across performance, affiliate, and creator marketing; fluency with SaaS
• Working proficiency with creator platforms such as LTK and ShopMy.
• Expert-level public speaking and workshop design/ facilitation.
• Fluency in advanced marketing measurement: MMM, brand lift, sales lift, MTA.
