📋 Description

• Serve as the primary, day-to-day lead for multiple client engagements, owning work scope, milestone
• Translate nuanced contractual and formulary language into precise, testable validation rules
• Direct the operational intake and processing of Payer/PBM formularies, tracking changes to tiering
• Guide and mentor Analysts in evidence capture, audit trail creation, and reconciliation of
• Lead the validation of formulary positioning against contracted rebate terms
• Partner with client Rebate Operations teams during quarterly cycles for invoicing, dispute file

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Market Access, PBM, or pharmaceutical manufacturer
• Advanced ability to interpret complex contract language, align it to system-level rules, and
• Proficiency in Excel required; working knowledge of SQL or Python for data manipulation is a
• Strong project management skills in multi-client project management, including scoping, risk
• Exceptional soft skills: hypothesis-driven problem solving, structured communication, and advanced
