📋 Description

• Understand business needs and translate requirements into conversational journeys and AI-powered
• Create, configure, test, and continuously improve chatbots and AI agents
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate agents with internal platforms
• Configure connectors and REST APIs to enable reliable communication between AI solutions and
• Support the publication, maintenance, and ongoing evolution of solutions within the Power Platform
• Apply good practices related to security, permissions, environments, governance, and solution

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (PVA)
• Practical experience with Power Automate
• Experience integrating APIs and external systems through connectors and REST APIs
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience gathering requirements and working in a consultative capacity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
