📋 Description

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue Advance Beneficiary Notices of Noncoverage when
• Prepare accurate estimates of patient financial responsibility, collect payments, and establish
• Coordinate with utilization management teams to resolve pre-authorization issues and ensure
• Contact insurance providers to verify patient eligibility and benefits and obtain required
• Register patients for healthcare services accurately, ensuring complete information and minimizing
• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, insurance representatives, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred, particularly in patient access or healthcare
• Revenue cycle experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft applications and familiarity with database systems.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and organization.
