📋 Description

• Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads
• Identify, test, and scale high-performing marketing channels, including paid media, email
• Manage media buying, advertising budgets, and agency relationships while continuously optimizing
• Create and refine compelling marketing content and messaging across paid advertisements, websites
• Design and implement automated lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to customer behavior
• Build and maintain marketing analytics, performance dashboards, and reporting processes to support

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisition, with proven
• Strong analytical skills and experience using A/B testing, marketing analytics, and performance
• Demonstrated experience managing media-buying agencies, advertising campaigns, and budgets across
• A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to develop bold marketing ideas and turn
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, particularly for email campaigns, newsletters, landing
• Proficiency with CRM, e-commerce, analytics, and marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo
