• Monitor metrics and drive improvements for CSAT and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years SQL data querying and analysis on large datasets.
• 4 years leading cross-functional projects to improve experience and ops.
• 1 year designing/executing tests for new features and updates.
• 1 year coordinating feedback between users, support, and product.
• 1 year writing PRDs/BRDs translating ops needs to tech.
• 1 year CRM/tool experience (Salesforce, Case Studio, CRV) automations.
