Container Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for the container platform
• Develop policies connecting reliability targets to platform changes and deployment decisions
• Lead Operational Readiness Reviews for new capabilities and significant changes
• Establish meaningful uptime metrics and improve visibility through metrics, logs, and distributed
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to platform incidents
• Facilitate blameless postmortems and implement lasting improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in platform engineering, Kubernetes or container platform
• Experience operating production systems at scale and participating in on-call rotations
• Strong expertise in at least one of: container tooling and ecosystem, software engineering
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, containerd, OCI/CRI standards, and the CNCF ecosystem
• Familiarity with Argo CD, Argo Rollouts, Cilium, eBPF, Gateway API, Karpenter, KEDA, gVisor, or
• Ability to write production-quality code in Go or comparable systems programming language
