Content & Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Own Shift's editorial calendar, content pipeline, and review process.
• Translate research and complex subject matter into clear, credible content.
• Write and edit reports, articles, executive communications, presentations, website copy, and
• Manage the editorial delivery of the SME Economy Index and other flagship content programs.
• Adapt core content for employee, customer, broker, partner, media, and external audiences.
• Coordinate subject-matter experts and senior stakeholders from brief through approval.

• Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex information and identify the key message.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Highly organised with strong project-management capability.
• Confident working with data, research, and source material.
