🎯 Requirements

Native-level German, both written and spoken
Confident and authentic communicator in front of the camera
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and short-form video storytelling
Passionate about sports, particularly football, with deep understanding of fan culture and online
Strong creative instincts with excellent trend awareness and social-first thinking
Proven video editing skills, ideally with fast-turnaround or live-event content
