• Own production end-to-end from concept to delivery
• Create social-native content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, Social and Creative to land priorities
• Capture authentic customer and Tasker stories
• Build video for every funnel stage from awareness to paid performance

🎯 Requirements

• Solid video production skills; shooting and editing across mobile and desktop
• Confidence with camera, lighting and audio across studio, field and social shoots
• Hands-on editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
• Social-first formats: hooks, pacing, aspect ratios and native platform behaviour
• Understanding how video drives engagement and conversion
• Comfort directing everyday people on camera
