🎯 Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker with native-level written fluency.
• 2–3 years of experience editing and/or writing content for marketing, SEO, or B2B brands.
• Comfortable working with AI-generated content, able to recognize and fix weak points in Japanese.
• Professionally proficient in English (briefs, feedback, team communication).
• Detail-oriented with strong grasp of Japanese grammar, style conventions, and consistency
• Skilled at simplifying complex information into clear, actionable content.
