Support Australia & New Zealand’s creator community program to acquire and retain ANZ creators.
Develop plans to engage creators via community channels, incentives and ambassadors.
Lead end-to-end creation challenges to incentivize creators.
Lead community calendar across channels (emails, forums, events).
Plan creator events and IRL catch ups with creators to drive engagement.
Define, track and analyze program metrics for ANZ learnings.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience.
Strong experience managing creators/partners in ANZ.
Strong in project management, execution, data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications or equivalent.
