• Hand-craft marquee, high-value deals (think Disneyland, Starbucks) end-to-end
• Own content escalations from Sales, Merchant Service, and Customer Service — fix titles
• Run the language-quality queue and hold the bar for language standards
• Take on redemption, merchant-service admin, and content-specialist tasks as they consolidate into

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; advanced English
• Proven senior experience in content, editorial, or content QA — high volume, accuracy-focused
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a strong sense of house style
• End-to-end ownership — you fix it, not just flag it
• A root-cause mindset for recurring defects
• Comfort tracking defect types, escalation volume, and turnaround time
